Select "Amazon Pay" at checkout.

Credit Card Payment Troubleshooting

The most common cause of order failure is a mismatch of Billing/Shipping addresses.  If you are paying with your credit card, be sure that your billing address matches the address associated with your bank.  Select the country in both fields where it is required.  Use only the 5 digit zip code and not the full 9 digit code.

If you have already verified this information with your bank, but continue to have trouble, try populating only the City, State, and Zip Code fields in the "Billing Address" section.  The payment tool is sensitive to capitalization and punctuation.  Inconsistencies in street addresses can cause declined payments.

If you make multiple unsuccessful attempts to place your order, your credit card statement will likely reflect "pending" charges for each attempt.  These charges will automatically remove from your statement within 3-5 business days.  If you see that your statement reflects charges for unsuccessful orders after five business days, please contact Printrbot support.

After verifying the information that your bank has on file, try using a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc) if you are still unsuccessful.

Please note that the Printrbot shopping cart does not accept Visa gift cards or other pre-paid credit cards.
